POSTED MAY 20, 2024: Confirmation letter posted HERE. Note it will be emailed to all athletes the week before the race.
POSTED May 20, 2024: Look for the following to be posted within the next week. The confirmation letter should be posted in the next day or so. It will also be emailed to every athlete. Pre race meeting videos should be posted by the end of the weekend.
POSTED May 20, 2024: The Participant list will be posted on or about Memorial Day. Please check your birthday, gender, tshirt size and event for accuracy. If it is not accurate please let us know asap.
POSTED May 20, 2024: Pre-race report. Extended forecast looks favorable, we will know more by Memorial Day Weekend. We are getting a late surge of numbers. Be mindful that we sell out this year at 500.

Posted May 6, 2024: Our post race waffle party and bluegrass extravaganza is all set to go. We do have some bad news. We are unable to offer beer (either free or for purchase) at our bluegrass party/breakfast/awards ceremony. The property where we do the festivities has changed hands and permit and insurance requirements were insurmountable. The Pines Market sells six packs. We will post when the Pines Bar opens on race day.
Posted May 6, 2024: We are getting close. Just 3 1/2 weeks away. We still have plenty of room in the race but may be close to selling out by race weekend. To be sure you get a spot, best to enter now.
Posted March 26, 2024; Race planning is ongoing. Medals, tshirts and awards have been ordered. As soon as we get final proofs we will be posting the designs. As always, awesome, unique and one of a kind. The Bass Lake Lions Club is planning their fabulous waffle breakfast. The bluegrass band has been booked. It’s going to be epic.
Posted March 26, 2024: We will be selling out at 500. That won’t happen until early to mid May so no urgency - yet. Keep that in mind as you do your spring race planning. We would hate to miss you.
Posted March 26, 2024: Make your lodging choices soon. Because of our proximity to Yosemite National Park, lodging choices can get limited if you try to do last minute reservations. Camping, just 3 miles from the transition, can be reserved at recreation.gov. Also, don’t forget that Miller’s Landing, just across the lake, is an awesome place to stay and has a wide variety of watercraft to rent after the race.
